13 Week course, January 5 to March 30, every Tuesday at 11 a.m. 

Due to COVID-19 concerns and an abundance of caution, our Winter 2021 session of yoga has been moved online. I am leading a class every Tuesday Morning at 11 a.m. on Zoom. Yogis can choose to enroll for the entire series (13 classes over 13 weeks) or as a drop-in. The first session (January 5) is free for everyone to come, try it out and enjoy!  

This is an open-level class, suitable for yogis of any age or ability. Each session will be a combination of gentle, flowing postures and longer, restorative poses designed to build strength, restore flexibility, and find ease. I  offer modifications throughout the practice to help students find the expression of a  posture that suits their body and abilities on any given day.

You do not need any really fancy technology or a Zoom account to join; simply follow the private link I send out via email each week on your smartphone, tablet, or computer to join the class (you will need a reasonably stable internet connection). Afraid you’ll miss a class or two? No problem, every class is recorded and posted on an unlisted Youtube channel so that you can enjoy it on your own time, or go back over some asanas that you would like to know more about. I also offer clients who miss classes the opportunity to make them up in a future session.

In addition, I offer all of my clients the ability to meet one-on-one with me online if they want to discuss the particular needs of their practice, get a better understanding of a certain pose, learn modifications, or how to cope with a chronic injury.

Classes open 10-15 minutes ahead of time to allow participants to get connected and work out any connection issues.


You will need a yoga mat or thick rug. It would also be helpful to have foam yoga blocks (I can lend some to you if you need them), a rolled blanket. and a bolster or large throw pillow. Wearing loose or stretchy closing that allows you to be comfortable and move freely is advised.

Course Fee

The first session January 5th is free for everyone!

Full Subscription, 12 weeks: $80 ($6.67 per class)

Drop-in class: $10 each.

Late enrolment: remaining classes will be prorated to $7 per class.
